2. We connect you with a local company

   Calls and requests go to an independent paver and hardscape contractor that serves Fort Collins and Larimer County.

3. The company handles the job

   They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Fort Collins Paver Patios is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

The City of Fort Collins runs its own contractor licensing program, requires a City Right-of-Way Contractor's License for work on sidewalks and driveway approaches, and only lets a licensed plumber or HVAC contractor (or the homeowner) install a gas fire pit's gas line and appliance. Ask what city license or registration the contractor holds, who will request Colorado 811 locates, and who pulls any permit. Get a written quote that spells out the base depth, materials, edge restraint, drainage and warranty.
